HazelTAVENERPeacefully at Yeovil District Hospital, aged 88 years. Much loved mother of Michael & Kerry, Mary & Martin. Beloved grandma of Emily Jane. Service will take place at Kingsbury Episcopi Methodist Church on Wednesday 2nd November at 1.30pm. Followed by cremation. Donations in memory of Hazel for Diabetes UK, (cheques made payable to the charity please) may be sent c/o Irish & Denman, Palmer Street, South Petherton TA13 5DB
